Charity Saturday

The students of BIT Fifth Semester at Padmashree College are organizing a charity donation program named Charity Saturday on 25th February 2023. The donation program is being held with the collaboration with Srijana Samajik Sewa Samaj.

Srijana Samajik Sewa Samaj provides 12 underprivileged children with the resources they need to attend school each day and fulfill their educational aspirations.

The aim is to encourage everyone to get involved in any manner they can by raising money and awareness for this vital cause. The event's organizers, BIT students, are dedicated to supporting the selected charity through contributions from students, professors, and staff because they think that even small acts of kindness may have a significant impact on the world.

A number of donation alternatives are available through the program, including one-time and recurring gifts, online giving, text-to-give, and in-person donations. In order to interact with the college community and raise funds, the Padmashree students organize a variety of events and activities throughout the year.
