• Late Application Period (with Double Fee): If you miss the initial deadline, you have a final chance to apply from September 1, 2025, to September 5, 2025 (16 Bhadra to 20 Bhadra, 2082 B.S.).
• Entrance Examination Date: The all-important entrance exam is scheduled for September 13, 2025 (28 Bhadra, 2082 B.S.).

The entrance examination fee is Rs. 1,500. You must pay this fee online using e-Sewa or Khalti while filling out the application form. It's important to note that the fee is non-refundable.

Eligibility Criteria: Do You Meet the Requirements?

• For students who passed Grade 12 in 2079 B.S. or later:
• A minimum of a D grade in each subject in grades 11 and 12, with a CGPA of 1.8 or more.

• For students who passed Grade 12 before 2079 B.S.:
• A minimum of a D+ grade in each subject of grades 11 and 12, with a CGPA of 2.0 or more.
• Alternatively, a minimum of a second division in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent degree in any discipline.
